DESCRIPTION
The Engagement tab located under the Reporting area of the admin side of the platform provides a granular view of user engagement at the account level.
Here’s what you need to know:
The top section of the page displays a chart of unique ‘Daily Active Users’. An active user is anyone is who has logged into the platform. You can adjust this chart to reflect either the last 30 days or the last 90 days.
To the right of this chart, you’ll see how many active users you’ve had in your account as well as the percentage increase or decrease in daily active users over the last 30 days.
The bottom section of the page displays a chart of ‘Daily Material Views’ broken down by self-directed views and assigned views.

*Pro Tip - You can adjust both charts to reflect either the last 30 days or the last 90 days by selecting the range under the title of each chart.

- A material view is any piece of material that has been viewed by a user, ie. Grovo video lessons, quizzes, or any proprietary materials.
- Self-directed views are materials that a user has not been assigned and rather has found on his or her own within the Browse section of the platform.
- Assigned views are materials that have been either assigned or suggested to the user.
